Welcome to Maison Rīti. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website located at www.maisonriti.com and form a legally binding contract between you, the user, and Maison Rīti, a luxury fashion house registered and operating in Surat, Gujarat, India.

By accessing, browsing, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products.

Maison Rīti reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website following any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, campaigns, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of Maison Rīti or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not systematically extract, reproduce, distribute, or re-utilize parts of the website's contents without Maison Rīti's express written consent. The "Maison Rīti" name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of Maison Rīti.

3. Products & Bespoke Services

We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our garments. Due to the artisanal nature of our production, including hand-embroidery and hand-dyed fabrics, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. These variations are hallmarks of true craftsmanship and should not be considered defects.

For Bespoke and Made-to-Measure services, the client is responsible for providing accurate measurements. Maison Rīti cannot be held liable for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements supplied by the client. Once a bespoke order goes into production, it cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) or the currency selected via our international switcher, and are inclusive of applicable domestic taxes unless stated otherwise. Maison Rīti reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice; however, such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.

We accept major international and domestic credit cards, debit cards, and secure digital payment gateways. By submitting an order, you warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your order (including taxes, shipping, and handling) to that card.

5. Shipping, Taxes & Duties

Maison Rīti ships globally. Dispatch times vary based on the item: ready-to-wear pieces are typically dispatched within 2-4 business days, while bespoke or pre-order items require 3-6 weeks for artisanal production.

For international deliveries, the customer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Maison Rīti has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We accept returns for ready-to-wear items within 14 days of delivery, provided the garment is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals perfectly intact. Maison Rīti reserves the right to reject returns that show signs of wear or do not meet our stringent quality standards.

Bespoke Exclusions: Any item that is made-to-measure, customized, or personalized is strictly final sale. These items are crafted uniquely for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our concierge team. Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise. Original shipping costs and any incurred customs duties are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maison Rīti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the website; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or your purchase of products from Maison Rīti shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
